You bought call credits. Here's exactly how they work.

Everything a provider asks after paying — what you get, how a lead reaches you, when a credit is spent, and what happens when they run out.

Your account

Available lead/credits: 0

These are job lead credits — one lead/credit delivers one job lead to you, and only to you. This screen starts at zero: buy lead/credits below and watch the number change. When a lead is delivered to you, one comes off — and the message that delivers the lead tells you how many you have left.

Add more lead/credits

1 lead/credit — $125

4 leads/credits — $300

[ $200 saved ] — four single lead/credits would cost $500.

Frequently Asked Questions

What did I just buy?

Two things. Your account setup puts your shop in our provider rotation for your area — it is a one-time charge. Your job lead credits are prepaid leads: one lead/credit pays for one delivered job lead. There is no monthly bill and no contract.

Your very first lead from us was free — a one-time demonstration, so you could see the quality before paying anything. After that, leads run on credits.

What exactly do I get when a lead is mine?

The full lead packet, and it goes to you alone:

We never sell the same lead to a second shop. When a lead is delivered to you, it leaves the board.

How does a lead reach me?

1. A driver breaks down in your area. He calls us, tells us where he is and what happened, and we start working the provider list for that territory — providers holding credits first.
2. Your phone rings. We call your shop line first, then your cell. If we reach you, we connect you straight to the driver.
3. No answer? You get a text. The text tells you the problem and the area, and asks one thing: reply YES if you want the lead. The first provider to take it gets it — while you are deciding, we keep calling down the list, so a slow reply can lose the lead.
4. Your YES releases the packet. The moment you are the taker, the driver's name, number, exact location, and problem land on your phone, and one credit comes off your account.

If you reply YES after the lead is already filled, we tell you so right away — and no credit is ever taken for a lead you did not get.

When is a credit spent?

Only when a lead is actually delivered to you. A call you miss, a lead another shop takes first, a text you answer too late — none of those cost you a credit. A credit you buy stays on your account until the day it delivers a lead to you.

What happens when my credits run out?

You step out of the rotation. We stop calling and texting you about leads until you load more credits — a lead that lands while you hold no credit goes to the next provider. Reload any time:

Buy 1 call credit — $125

Buy 4 call credits — $300  Four singles would cost $500 — the bundle is $300. [ $200 saved ]

One credit covers you for exactly one call. Buy one and you are covered for one call — not the next one.

I got a text about a lead, but no driver details. Why?

Most likely you held no credit at that moment. When the list reaches a provider with no credit on file, we text the offer first: buy a credit and, if the lead is still open when your purchase lands, it is yours. The driver details only move once the lead is yours — that rule protects the driver, and it protects you the same way when you are the one holding credits.

Something about a lead looks wrong. What do I do?

Email support with the lead details — what you received, when, and what was wrong — and a real person reviews it. Keep the driver's number and the time of the delivery in the message; that is how we find your lead in our records.
